Reviews for Le P'tit Piano
Review highlights
Based on 2,046 reviewsLe P'tit Piano is widely appreciated for its authentic Parisian ambiance, enhanced by live piano music that creates a memorable dining atmosphere. Customers frequently praise the generous portions and flavorful dishes, with particular acclaim for classic French specialties like cheese boards, duck, snails, and vegetarian options featuring goat cheese. The staff is often described as friendly and hospitable, contributing to a welcoming experience. Some feedback suggests that while the food quality is consistently good, it may not always exceed expectations, and the restaurant’s policy encouraging reviews at checkout might influence the overall rating. Nonetheless, Le P'tit Piano remains a favored spot for those seeking a genuine and pleasant French dining experience in the opera district.
We had a wonderful dinner at Le P’tit Piano on our first evening in Paris - it was one of the most highly rated restaurants in the opera district. Such generous portions and all round deliciousness from starters to mains to desserts. Our waiter, Gaston, was charming and hospitable with a great sense of humour! Highly recommend visit for an authentic Parisian experience.
Great taste. Highly recommend their cheese - goat salad and vegetarian burger with goat cheese was amazing. Also the “fried potatoes”. The atmosphere was special with the live piano. Thank you.
I wasn’t blown away by the food here. The restaurant encourages a review at checkout and the service was friendly which I think encourages a heavy amount of 5⭐ reviews. I wouldn’t say the food was bad whatsoever, but I do think the checkout review inflates their rating quite high. (Just food for thought for you)
Another family meal, 8 people, each person ordered their own food with a starter of cheese board. I decided to go with salmon fish, not very hungry for something heavy. The chesse was so good, and the bread amazing! Everyone were hungry as well. The dish was excellent, the rice alone doesn't ready have a taste, but the moment you eat it with the salmon and the sauce it's really good. Most people ate meat, burgers and stakes, looks so good as well, super fulfilling, so much fries. The music wad also wonderful, not to loud, people are super nice.
We really enjoyed the snail and duck dish—it was delicious! The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Thanks for treating us We’ll probably visit again. The music there was exactly my taste—it set the perfect mood for my first day in Paris.
I truly enjoyed my meal. Duck breast was perfectly tender and juicy. Garlicky potato is a perfect match as well as complimentary bread. And the service was lightning fast as well. I also enjoyed music and general atmosphere.
Incredible food and service, very friendly and quick staff. Half an hour walk from the Louvre and completely worth it. The music and decor is very cute. Best potatoes and green beans we've ever had.
